A key issue for many International Financial Adviser firms is recruitment. It is difficult to recruit new trainees who have all the key attributes to succeed. As a result, many firms have stricter entry requirements, such as requiring that new trainees have a degree level qualification in a financial subject, or have a number of years experience in a similar field.  It has become too costly and time-consuming to take a risk on unqualified applicants.

Our philosophy is that a good financial adviser does not need to have a degree,   in fact, a large majority of those who have been successful over the years don’t. A large number came from military backgrounds or a sales background. 

Our mission is to make the career of an International Financial Advisor available to anyone, no matter what their educational background or work experience. Our aim is to help anyone who wants a rewarding career as an International IFA, so they can live and work where they wish, and achieve their goals of financial freedom.

Our courses are designed with flexibility in mind. All students have access to a mentor to help guide them through their training and onto their new career. We have no time limits for completion, as we know some people learn quicker than others. Once they complete our course the student will be ready to start their new career. Then it’s up to the student to put in the hard work to ensure success.

At the end of the process, we have helped someone who otherwise might not get a chance to be a trainee IFA and also reduced the upfront cost in both money and time spent for the IFA firm, maximizing the chances for success for both, this is our mission.
